Philippa Smit (née Ravn) founder and principle trainer at uneon is originally from London now based in Perth Australia working across Australasia on the Singapore/Perth time zone. She created uneon to be an energetic and inspiring skills training business where by joining together you are equipped to make exceptional things happen. She has a broad background having studied and worked in Marketing she is passionate about innovation and communication in leadership enabling staff to finding their ‘call’ in work.
