ABOUT

Our Leadership Philosophy

Leaders in 2024 must inspire their hybrid teams to be both highly connected yet autonomous workers.

At Uneon, we help leaders gain a deeper understanding of themselves, allowing them to lead authentically. We emphasise the importance of navigating the complexities of working with real people while remaining resilient in challenging conversations. Our coaching and communication skills foster collaboration and maximize productivity, whether face-to-face or virtually.

Our Approach

Partner with Uneon to ignite your team’s potential.

Our approach follows three key steps: inspire you with what needs to be done, equip you with the necessary skills, and enable you to apply these skills successfully.

Philippa founded Uneon in the UK in 2009 and moved to Perth, Australia in 2012, where she is currently based. Her early career in management and soft skills training across the UK and Europe involved extensive travel, including trains, planes, and taxis. This experience led her to specialize in synchronous facilitation (live online training), evolving her business to offer both in-person and virtual training. Virtual coaching and training became her niche, including training others to become effective virtual communicators. During the pandemic, the world caught up with this approach, and Philippa continues to help leaders and teams maximize their effectiveness, whether working in person or online.

Philippa published her first book in 2014, which tells her story, including the highs, lows, and the valuable tips she has gathered over the decade. Aimed at like-minded, high-achieving, purpose-driven individuals seeking to improve their lives, the book offers insights from her own experiences. It captures her excitement, fun, expectations, and real-life challenges, providing an opportunity for reflection on how to live more intentionally and become the person you want to be. This is her story on how to get picked for work and life. Philippa believes there is a second book within her, but it’s not quite ready to be written just yet.
